About Me
I'm sure I'm not the only one who's spent much of my life wishing I was living in a safer, kinder world where we are all given the respect we deserve. Finding a therapist to help you explore your inner world may help to bring new resilience and more resources and options that you may not have seen before.
Much of our personal recovery depends upon us getting to know ourselves better, and looking at the experiences that have shaped our childhood can be very helpful in addressing how this might have impacted our lives as an adult.
I've discovered through my own personal work and also by having been present alongside others, that it can indeed be truly possible to access greater fulfilment and peace in our lives, especially when we are feeling met and supported to do so.
While working with me, whether online or in person, I will be alongside you as connections can be made between experiences from the past and how you get on in life today. And that includes getting insight into how you might move on from habitual behaviours that may no longer serve you but which were developed initially as a protective strategy.
have been developing an interest in Autism, ADHD, and Audhd, and researching ways to navigate finding a path through the complicated world that can get created when we've been masking all our lives.
While this is certainly not restricted to any gender, it is much more evident that women are discovering this neurodivergent aspect of themselves.
Recognising everyone's journey along this road is unique, having lived experience of neurodivergence myself plus witnessing the thread of this within my family means I can be there in a more personally informed way if you choose to explore this dimension in your own life.
I endeavour to offer more freedom and choice in how to live life with greater personal authenticity and purpose.
My own personal experience of growing up in a dual heritage family background and am familiar with many of the issues that can arise when there may have been cultural differences in the home when growing up.
NB: I do not offer diagnosis.
